We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead operational transformation initiatives within the Repair Services organization. This role will drive cross-functional programs focused on reducing repair failure rates, improving vendor performance, strengthening operational accountability, and accelerating issue resolution across the end-to-end repair ecosystem. The ideal candidate combines strong program management, operational excellence, vendor management, and technical problem-solving skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic initiatives to improve repair quality, turnaround time, and operational efficiency across the repair services organization.

• Drive cross-functional alignment across engineering, quality, supply chain, logistics, customer support, and external vendors.

• Establish and manage operational KPIs, dashboards, governance reviews, and escalation mechanisms.

• Identify systemic issues contributing to high repair failure rates and drive root cause analysis and corrective action programs.

• Own vendor performance management, including SLA tracking, operational reviews, accountability frameworks, and remediation plans.

• Lead high-priority operational escalations and coordinate rapid issue resolution across stakeholders.

• Develop scalable processes, workflows, and reporting structures to improve service delivery and operational visibility.

• Partner with engineering and quality teams to drive continuous improvement and preventive actions.

• Communicate program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders.

• Drive a culture of urgency, accountability, and operational excellence across the organization.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
