We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Service & Enterprise Solutions organization. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of client projects across our enterprise and institutional engagements.
You aren't just a "task-tracker"—you are the engine that ensures project governance, documentation, and operational processes are executed with precision. This role is ideal for a professional with 2–4 years of experience in a PMO or coordination environment who possesses elite administrative skills and is ready to take full ownership of project lifecycles.
What You'll Be Doing (Responsibilities):
• Support Project Managers with project administration, documentation, and coordination activities
• Maintain project management tools, trackers, and dashboards to ensure accurate status visibility
• Prepare and distribute project status reports, meeting agendas, and minutes
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings, workshops, and stakeholder engagements
• Track project actions, decisions, risks, and issues, ensuring timely follow-up and closure
• Maintain project documentation repositories, ensuring files are organized, current, and accessible
• Assist with onboarding new project team members and stakeholders to project processes and tools
• Collect and consolidate project data for reporting to internal leadership and client stakeholders
• Support budget tracking and resource allocation activities
• Ensure compliance with project management standards, templates, and governance frameworks
• Contribute to the improvement of PMO processes, templates, and tooling
What We Look for In You (Required Qualifications):
• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, PMO support, or project administration
• Experience supporting technical or enterprise projects, preferably in financial services, fintech, or technology environments
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday, MS Project, or similar platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
• Understanding of project management principles and best practices
• Self-starter with proven ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and geographies, demonstrating high-quality and high-touch customer engagement throughout all phases of delivery
• Languages: Swiss German, German, English required; French and/or Italian a plus
• Location: Switzerland, with focus on Zurich and Lugano.
Nice To Haves (Preferred Qualifications):
• Exposure to blockchain, digital asset, or crypto infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with financial services operations, banking systems, or regulated environments
• Experience with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies
• CAPM, PSM, or similar project management certifications
• Interest in progressing into Project Manager roles
