The Customer Success Transformation Project Manager leads regional, multi-stream transformation programs, ensuring Customer Success strategy is executed through scalable, AI-enabled, and digitally mature operating models. This role exists to institutionalize project and change management excellence across OPEX CS.
This is an on-site position located at our Wrocław office in the Psie Pole district.
Role expectations
• Lead end-to-end execution of Customer Success transformation initiatives, from planning through stabilization.
• Lead complex regional transformation programs across multiple initiatives.
• Own stakeholder management, communication strategies, and change enablement plans.
• Own portfolio-level planning, dependency management, and execution governance.
• Define and enforce project and change management standards across initiatives.
• Act as senior stakeholder partner to CS Operations Managers and OPEX leadership.
• Drive AI-enabled transformation initiatives at scale.
• Ensure alignment between strategic objectives and operational execution.
• Lead post-implementation stabilization and benefits realization.
What we're looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Operations, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience leading complex transformation, project management or program-level initiatives.
• Proficiency in English, B2+ (written and spoken).
• Additional European languages are an advantage.
• Advanced project, program, and change management capabilities.
• Strong regional stakeholder leadership and influence.
• Ability to operationalize strategy through disciplined execution.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Expertise in AI-enabled and digital transformation delivery.
• Agile / Scrum certification would be a plus
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) would be a plus
• Change Management certification would be a plus
• AI or digital transformation certifications (preferred).
