Key Responsibilities
• Lead the full proposal lifecycle from RFP receipt through submission
• Author and refine executive summaries, value propositions, and proposal narratives
• Drive proposal strategy in partnership with Sales and operational stakeholders
• Build, review, and adjust Excel-based pricing models, timelines, and assumptions in collaboration with Finance
• Manage internal reviews, approvals, and submission readiness
• Support bid defenses and client presentations
Required Skills
• Excellent written communication and storytelling skills
• Strong Excel proficiency, including pricing models and scenario adjustments
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams without direct authority
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills
Experience
• 4–7 years of experience in proposals, bid management, or commercial roles
• Demonstrated ownership of full proposal lifecycles in a CRO or similar environment
