From Mountains to Coast | Supporting Georgia's Prosecutors Since 1975
About us
Established in 1975, the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia (PAC) is the overarching government agency supporting Georgia prosecutors, law enforcement and their staff including 50 District Attorney Offices (Felony cases) and 66 Solicitor-General Offices (Misdemeanor cases). Led by Peter J. Skandalakis, Executive Director and former District Attorney in the Coweta Judicial Circuit. In addition, we have a Council. The Council consists of nine members, six district attorneys and three state court solicitors who establish policies that guide the day-to-day work of the Council staff.
