The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) – Southern Vietnam is responsible for leading and accelerating the growth of Align’s Invisalign clear aligner and iTero digital scanner businesses across Southern Vietnam. This role carries full regional commercial accountability and leads a team of Practice Development Managers to deliver revenue growth, expand Invisalign case volume, accelerate digital scanner adoption, and strengthen market leadership. What You Will Own
• Full revenue performance for Southern Vietnam (HCMC and Southern provinces)
• Growth of Invisalign case volume and expansion of active prescribing doctors
• Acceleration of iTero scanner installed base and utilization
• Regional forecasting accuracy and pipeline visibility
• Budget discipline and return-on-investment accountability
• Performance, capability and succession development of the regional sales team Vietnam business.

Key Responsibilities
Commercial Strategy & Market Expansion
• Develop and execute a robust regional growth strategy aligned with national objectives
• Translate company targets into clear territory-level action plans
• Drive growth across general dentists, orthodontists, institutional accounts and high-potential clinics
• Build strong relationships with key opinion leaders and strategic accounts
• Identify whitespace opportunities and expand market penetration
• Lead disciplined forecasting and performance reviews
Digital Transformation Leadership
• Champion digital dentistry adoption across Southern Vietnam
• Position iTero scanners as a strategic growth engine for customer practices
• Drive structured account planning to increase case submission frequency
• Re-activate dormant accounts and accelerate new doctor ramp-up
• Anticipate and respond decisively to competitive pressure
Sales Excellence & Operational Rigor
• Establish a high-performance sales cadence (weekly reviews, monthly forecasts, quarterly business reviews)
• Enforce CRM discipline and data-driven decision-making
• Implement Align’s global sales methodology and commercial governance standards
• Ensure contract discipline and compliance adherence
Team Leadership & Culture Building
• Lead, coach and elevate a high-performance regional sales team
• Conduct structured field coaching and capability building
• Set clear performance expectations and accountability standards
• Build bench strength and future leadership capability within the region
• Foster a resilient, execution-driven and ownership-oriented culture

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or related discipline
• 8–12 years of progressive commercial experience
• Minimum 3–5 years of people management experience
• Proven experience managing regional or multi-territory sales teams
• Track record of delivering sustained revenue growth through teams
• Experience in medical devices, dental, orthodontic or broader healthcare sector preferred
• Strong CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred)
• Professional-level English proficiency (written and spoken) required
