The Connor Group is seeking a highly accomplished Regional Vice President to lead and oversee the operations & sales of our luxury apartment communities in our Denver, CO market.

Position Overview
The Regional Vice President will provide both strategic leadership and hands-on operational oversight for a portfolio within one of our key markets. This leader will be responsible for driving performance, developing high-impact teams, and ensuring operational execution at the highest level.
This role requires a leader who is equally comfortable setting strategy and rolling up their sleeves to execute.

Qualifications
• Proven success in multi-unit leadership (retail, hospitality, fitness, restaurants, or similar).
• Demonstrated track record of growing revenue, improving profitability, and scaling operations.
• Strong experience developing high-performing teams and succession pipelines.
• High level of personal and team accountability.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on management style.
• Willingness to relocate to Cincinnati, OH.
