Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
- Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high performance and professionalism.
- Monitor inventory, food costs, and supply orders to optimize expenses.
- Maintain high-quality food, service, and cleanliness standards.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
- Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and special requests professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Manage schedules, payroll, and staff performance evaluations.
- Analyze financial reports, sales trends, and customer feedback to improve profitability.
- Work closely with chefs, vendors, and suppliers to maintain efficient restaurant operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality role.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant management software.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred but not required).
