We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business success. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage staff, budgets, and restaurant performance efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff, ensuring high performance and professionalism.
  • Monitor inventory, food costs, and supply orders to optimize expenses.
  • Maintain high-quality food, service, and cleanliness standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
  • Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and special requests professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
  • Manage schedules, payroll, and staff performance evaluations.
  • Analyze financial reports, sales trends, and customer feedback to improve profitability.
  • Work closely with chefs, vendors, and suppliers to maintain efficient restaurant operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar hospitality role.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (preferred but not required).
