This role offers the opportunity to manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts in industries including semiconductors, aerospace, and data centers. You will act as the primary point of contact for your clients, driving revenue growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction while identifying new business opportunities. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will help industrialize production, introduce new products, and expand market share. The position combines strategic account management, business development, and technical support in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment. You will have the autonomy to develop long-term client relationships while delivering measurable results and shaping the overall customer experience.
Accountabilities:
• Own and grow revenue and profitability for a portfolio of direct buying customer accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients as the main commercial contact
• Deliver timely, high-quality account support aligned to customer needs and revenue thresholds
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and coordinate solutions with internal teams
• Manage incoming leads from existing or new accounts, providing technical and regulatory guidance
• Lead business development initiatives, including product introduction and scaling production
• Manage price quotations and negotiations to maximize margin while tracking account KPIs
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including account plans, pipeline activity, and meeting reports
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Account Manager, Account Manager, or Business Development Manager in B2B or technical industries
• Industry experience in plastics, semiconductors, aerospace, or related sectors preferred
• Strong customer relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience with CRM systems for pipeline management and account tracking
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a global, matrixed organization
• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience); membership in a recognized commercial or sales institute is a plus
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
