What You’ll Do
• Execute high-volume, personalized outbound sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone
• Research target accounts, identify key contacts, and map buying committees in our CRM
• Deliver custom deal room outreach under rep guidance, tailored to each prospect
• Surface competitive intelligence using G2 reviews, job postings, and technographic signals
• Log activity, track engagement, and maintain CRM data integrity
• Participate in team standups, pipeline reviews, and sales calls—gain full-cycle insight
What You’ll Learn
• How high-performance outbound sales works at a SaaS startup
• CRM fundamentals (Salesforce) and exposure to modern sales engagement tools
• Crafting compelling, persona-based messaging
• Competitive positioning and confidently handling objections
• The key metrics and drivers of conversion from outreach to meeting
Compensation
$20/hour base pay plus a per-meeting incentive for every qualified meeting booked. Performance is rewarded, and top-performing interns in previous cohorts have substantially increased earnings via incentive payouts.
Who We’re Looking For
• Currently enrolled CU Boulder junior or senior (any major, business preferred)
• Competitive and driven—ideally with a background in athletics or competitive activities
• Comfortable communicating by phone and in writing; not deterred by rejection
• High energy and strong follow-through—you do what you say you’ll do
• Curious about technology and how businesses buy software
• Coachable, eager to learn, and results-focused—prior sales experience not required
• Depending on business needs and performance, could have the opportunity to transition to full-time
Logistics
• In-office: Tuesday & Thursday at Denver office
• WFH: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (minimum 20 total hours/week)
• Must be able to start in early April 2026
• Must be currently enrolled as a junior or senior at CU Boulder
