What You’ll Do?


You will be responsible for expanding product usage, supporting clinical stakeholders, and driving demand generation across your assigned territory. This includes promotion, account development, technical support, and collaboration with internal teams.

Clinical Promotion & Customer Engagement

• Build long‑term, trust‑based relationships with clinical and administrative staff.

• Conduct regular visits with specialists, nurses, and key influencers to promote the company’s portfolio (existing and new products).

• Hold face‑to‑face meetings to address service topics, pricing discussions, and commercial needs.

• Visit sterilization centers and other relevant hospital areas to support purchasing decisions.

• Support product launches by providing field‑based education and training.

• Identify new opportunities within clinical areas to expand portfolio penetration.

• Convert competitive accounts by demonstrating value, clinical benefits, and product differentiation.

• Identify new projects or potential accounts to grow the customer base.

• Deliver and explain marketing materials, samples, and product brochures.

• Provide feedback to Marketing on promotional effectiveness and improvement ideas.

• Lead the execution of clinical and administrative conferences or events to increase participation and business impact.

Technical & Commercial Responsibilities

• Identify equipment renewal needs and opportunities to expand product adoption.

• Manage the assigned territory effectively, including account segmentation and prioritization.

• Develop Account Plans for key institutions and distributors.

• Build and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders.

• Maintain a healthy opportunity funnel and provide accurate sales forecasting.

• Manage orders and support the accounts receivable team with critical cases.

• Complete required documentation, formats, and matrices to ensure territory compliance.

• Conduct competitive analysis and share market insights.

• Comply with quality processes and regulatory requirements.

• Participate in internal training sessions, congresses, and marketing events.

• Perform administrative tasks such as expense reports and internal meetings.

• Visit warehouses when needed to support inventory issues, quarantined products, and sales solutions.

What You Bring?

Must‑Have Qualifications

• Experience in sales roles within the hospital sector, medical devices, consumables, or medical equipment.

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing environments.

• Strong motivation, resilience, and results orientation.

• Discipline and a strong sense of execution.

• Team‑oriented mindset and collaborative working style.

• Proven ability to prospect, secure first meetings, and build a stable pipeline.

• Experience with consultative selling: uncovering needs, asking insightful questions, and demonstrating product value.

• Strong qualification skills to assess customer fit, timing, and buying potential.

• Excellent communication skills across different customer types.

• Ability to connect and build rapport with challenging stakeholders.

• Empathy and adaptability when interacting with diverse customer profiles.

Nice‑to‑Have

• Experience leading product launches.

• Experience working with sterilization centers or infection prevention solutions.

• Background in technical product training or customer education.
