DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Dev Representative IV to manage a portfolio of qualified leads and drive opportunities through the sales funnel. This role requires a solid understanding of sales strategies, the ability to conduct in-depth discovery, and close collaboration with senior sales team members to win new business.
In this position, you will engage and qualify inbound and outbound leads, deliver tailored presentations and product demonstrations—often in partnership with sales engineers or senior representatives—and negotiate terms within established guidelines. You will maintain accurate CRM records, consistently meet or exceed activity and revenue targets, and ensure a disciplined, customer-focused approach to every interaction.

Market & Vertical Intelligence - In-depth understanding of the market, including key players, competitive landscape, and emerging trends. This knowledge helps identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth.
Prospecting Efficiency- Utilizing effective strategies and tools to discover, cover territories, and qualify high-potential prospects efficiently.
Prospecting Effectiveness - Prospecting Effectiveness involves utilizing various methods and tools to effectively identify, engage, and convert potential prospects into leads. It includes asking for referrals, creating compelling prospecting messages, leveraging social media, and educating prospects.
Qualifying Client Discovery - Qualifying involves evaluating potential prospects to determine their fit as viable leads and their readiness to engage in the sales process. This competency includes using insights to shape conversations and identifying whether a prospect meets the criteria to move forward in the sales funnel.
Stakeholder Alignment - The ability to build consensus and foster collaboration among internal and external stakeholders by ensuring all parties are informed, engaged, and aligned with shared goals, timelines, and deliverables in the sales and customer success process.
Product Knowledge- Understanding and effectively positioning Sinch's suite of solutions while identifying the most suitable offerings to meet customer needs and ensuring competitive differentiation.
REQUIREMENTS
• Strong consultative selling skills and ability to tailor messaging to customer needs.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales automation.
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, Commercial management or related field.
