As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a GTM engineering focus, you will play a critical role in developing pipeline, leveraging cutting-edge AI sales tools, and optimizing outbound prospecting through data-driven methodologies.
The position is based in Redwood City and is hybrid, with three days per week in the office alongside the local team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leverage AI-driven sales and marketing automation tools such as Outreach, Hubspot, and Salesforce to streamline prospecting and engagement.
• Utilize modern data intelligence platforms like Clay, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong to conduct strategic, research-based outbound prospecting.
• Build and execute highly targeted, multi-touch outbound campaigns using predictive analytics and automation.
• Execute data-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies by leveraging intent data, personalization at scale, and close alignment with marketing to engage and convert high-value target accounts.
• Develop GTM engineering expertise by analyzing prospect data, optimizing outreach workflows, and refining engagement strategies based on AI-driven insights.
• Consistently generate high-quality pipeline opportunities for Account Executives by identifying and engaging with key decision-makers.
• Qualify and schedule meetings from inbound leads generated by marketing campaigns.
• Leverage the BANT sales methodology to ensure high-quality sales qualification and pipeline conversion.
• Conduct deep discovery conversations with prospects to uncover pain points and align SightCall's value proposition.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to develop and implement targeted account-based strategies.
• Utilize CRM and sales automation tools to track activities, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve outreach strategies.
• Assist in refining sales enablement processes by testing new AI-powered tools and providing feedback to optimize GTM execution.
What a Day in the Life Looks Like:
• Start the day by analyzing AI-driven insights to prioritize high-intent leads and refine outbound strategies.
• Engage in research-based prospecting, leveraging AI and data intelligence tools to personalize outreach.
• Execute a mix of strategic calls, emails, and social touches to engage potential customers.
• Partner with Account Executives to discuss and refine account-based GTM strategies.
• Attend team training sessions, share best practices, and contribute to ongoing process optimization.
• Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to enhance engagement campaigns.
• Participate in product demonstrations, sales calls, and AI-powered analytics reviews to continuously refine outreach strategies.
Preferred Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience in a sales development, business development, or GTM-focused role.
• Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn and utilize AI-powered sales tools.
• Experience with CRM and sales engagement platforms such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Marketo.
• Familiarity with data intelligence platforms like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong.
• A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize processes accordingly.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
