As an SDR at Kula.ai, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, initiating meaningful conversations, and nurturing relationships with prospects. Responsibilities:
• Conduct market research and identify target companies and key decision-makers in the recruitment industry.
• Engage with prospects through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking events.
• Qualify leads by understanding their recruitment needs, pain points, and challenges.
• Educate prospects about Kula.ai's innovative recruitment automation platform, its benefits, and unique selling points.
• Set up product demonstrations and discovery calls with qualified prospects for our sales team.
• Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
• Continuously learn about the recruitment industry, market trends, and competitor offerings to stay ahead.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Prior experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the HR or recruitment technology industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with prospects.
• Strong sales acumen, with the ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Self-motivated and target-driven individual with a passion for sales and technology.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software (such as Salesforce) and proficiency in using sales tools is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; additional proficiency in local languages is a bonus.
