Job Description
Clinch is looking for a Sales Executive to join our growing business. This is a combination lead generation and inside sales opportunity where you will be selling into the mid market segment (Companies sized 150-1000 employees). It will involve you positioning our next generation Recruitment marketing and Candidate relationship management platform to recruiting teams looking to transform their talent acquisition processes.

Responsibilities:
• Business Development of new customers
• Following up on leads from the inbound marketing team
• Full cycle sales from qualifying, customer demonstrations and closing business

On top of your own business development we will provide you with a range of support functions to help create and drive opportunities from inbound marketing support to advertising so it is not just you against the world.

Qualifications
• You will have strong direct sales experience
• You consistently overachieve quota and revenue goals
• You have new Business sales experience
• If you have HR or Recruitment sector experience it's a definite bonus
