What you’ll be doing:


As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Account Executives to drive revenue growth during our most critical scaling phase.

• Build the Motion: You will be responsible for designing and implementing a new outbound sales motion, moving from reactive demand fulfillment to a proactive, scalable engine that targets mid-market and enterprise accounting firms.

• Lead and Scale: You will manage, coach, and grow a team of high-performing AEs, focusing on hitting aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

• Playbook Development: You will refine our sales motion, from initial discovery to close, ensuring the team is effectively communicating the value of AI agents to accounting firms.

• Forecasting and Strategy: You will provide visibility into the pipeline, identifying market trends, and adjusting strategy in real-time.

📍 Location: NYC, Flatiron office. In-person team.

What you’ll bring:

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth B2B SaaS sales, with at least 2 years in a management or team lead capacity.

• Experience building new motions: Proven ability to stand up outbound programs, territory strategies, or new segment entries from scratch.

• Strong knowledge of the accounting industry, fintech, or complex professional services workflows.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for simplifying complex technical AI concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven ability to build and manage a repeatable sales process while maintaining a high level of team morale and performance.

What we’d love to see:

• Experience with modern sales stacks (Salesforce/HubSpot, Apollo, Gong, etc.) and implementing data-driven coaching.

• Background in accounting or professional services—you understand the pain points of the people we serve.

• Prior experience at a startup during the Seed to Series B transition, where you had to build the plane while flying it.

• Process-oriented: Skilled at breaking down complex sales cycles into clear, repeatable steps and managing execution across the team.

• Strong communicator: Clear in explaining concepts and comfortable collaborating across all levels of seniority, from junior AEs to firm partners.

• First-principles reasoner: Question assumptions about "how sales should be done" and apply lessons creatively to the unique challenges of selling AI agents.

• Company-builder: Eager to lay groundwork both commercially and culturally as we rapidly scale the sales organization.

• Office lover: Prefers face-to-face interactions in our NYC office to foster high-speed collaboration and mentorship.
