Your responsibilities

• Manage dedicated Paid performance projects for over 30 markets all across the world.

• Based on collaboration with the Paid performance team, prepare and implement the company paid media strategy.

• Collaborate with the Performance marketing team.

• Plan and allocate paid media channel budgets on a day-to-day basis for efficient growth.

• Analyze and optimize traffic and conversion path.

• Analyze the quality of the traffic by using proper tools like Google Analytics.

• Analyze and report on the campaigns.

Our requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant hands-on marketing experience.

• Knowledge of marketing online trends.

• Being Fluent or at least communicative in English and German

• Proven experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Excel.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to create, analyze, and comprehend data and sales analytics.

• Experience with data feeds and email marketing is beneficial.

• Ability to quickly learn and work with new systems and software.
