The Turbine Mechanical Aftermarket Engineer III supports the mechanical and hydraulic repair business for the Turbine Mechanical systems installed in NA and LAM, coordinates proposal crafting for the turbine mechanical projects scope for LAM, assist turbine mechanical projects based in LAM as a field service specialist, and provide guidance and leadership for the turbine mechanical aftermarket engineering group based in Costa Rica.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
• Assist customer on product, project and technical inquiries and ensure accurate information.
• Participate in customer’s troubleshooting meetings and assist with the Turbine Mechanical Aftermarket scope and LAM Projects.
• Work in cooperation with the Turbine Mechanical Engineering group in Pittsburgh with, LAM proposal support.
• Work in cooperation with the Turbine Mechanical Engineering group in Pittsburgh with, field service and proposal walkdown support.
• Provide pricing and lead time for turbine mechanical rebuild services and ensure market competitivity and perfect execution of the orders
• Perform high level estimations for offers and project proposals
• Prepare order management documents to initiate aftermarket rebuilds projects.
• Execute Aftermarket Rebuild Projects: Quote, Procure, track equipment delivery and ship
• Coordinate equipment shipment to customer
• Complete project financials, track costs, invoicing, and sales

For This Role, You Will Need:
• 5+ years of relevant work experience in Mechanical Design and Turbine Systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in design software Autodesk Design Suite.
• 3+ years of experience in Procurement or Planning, including budgeting and cost estimation for engineering projects.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adapting to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of hydraulic control systems.
• Experience providing on-site customer support.
• Availability and willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
• Fluent English (Spoken and Written) - B2+.

• Ability to understand turbine control systems oil diagrams
• Ability to coordinate project execution with multiple vendors and collaborators.
• Basic ability to oversee project installations and on-site customer troubleshooting.
