Experience Required:
• 4–8 years of experience in Java-based application support (Technical Production Support)
Required Skills:
• Strong experience in Java 8+ and Spring Framework (Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA)
• Experience supporting production-grade backend applications
• Proficiency in MySQL and MongoDB (query optimization, indexing, performance tuning)
• Hands-on experience in incident management, production support, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Sumo Logic, Grafana, and OpenTelemetry
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and fixes
• Experience with JUnit for unit testing
• Exposure to AWS services (EC2, RDS, S3, IAM)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and debugging skills
