Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Consultant to help design, configure, activate, and support the implementation of Oracle Health solutions with a focus on Radiology workflows and clinical imaging operations across Federal agencies including the Department of Defense, United States Coast Guard, Veterans Affairs, and Indian Health Service.

The Federal Consulting team is a group of hard-working, knowledgeable, and passionate professionals dedicated to shaping electronic health record systems for active-duty service members, Veterans, American Indians, and Alaska Natives.

This role requires strong consulting and implementation experience supporting Radiology workflows, imaging operations, and clinical integration processes within healthcare environments.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Provide quality work products to client engagements independently.

• Implement Oracle Health products and technology solutions to meet customer needs.

• Configure and support Radiology-related workflows and clinical solutions.

• Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and industry-leading practices.

• Deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

• Collaborate with clients to understand operational and clinical workflow requirements.

• May act as the team lead on projects.

• Consult effectively with management of customer organizations.

• Participate in business development activities.

• Develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in relevant functional or technical consulting roles.

• Experience supporting Radiology workflows, imaging operations, PACS, RIS, or ancillary clinical systems.

• Experience with Oracle Health Radiology solutions or Oracle RadNet is a plus.

• Healthcare IT implementation and consulting experience preferred.

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.

• Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

• Ability to travel as needed.

Expectations

• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.

• Willing to travel up to 50% as needed.

• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations.

• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from $25.48 to $63.65 per hour; from: $53,000 to $132,400 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
