What will you work on?
* Develop and manage the social media content calendar for all pages under
Mumbai Foodie
* Schedule and post content following the calendar to ensure consistency and
timeliness.
* Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
* Use data insights to refine and optimize posting strategies to increase
engagement, reach, and conversions.
* Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy to promote our main
content series.
* Develop high-quality, engaging and on-brand content tailored to each
platform's audience and format.
* Maintain page hygiene by regularly updating stories, responding to DMs and
comments, updating bios, and managing story highlights.
* Ensure timely and professional interaction with our audience to foster a
strong online community.
* Develop a strategic approach to Instagram and Facebook stories.
* Create compelling and interactive story content that enhances brand
visibility and engagement.
* Operate and manage our broadcast channels, ensuring consistent and
effective communication with our audience.
* Develop content specifically designed for broadcast channels to keep the
audience informed and engaged.
* Create and post relevant content on LinkedIn to build our professional
network and showcase thought leadership.
* Identify and pursue interesting collaborations with creators and
influencers to expand our reach and impact.
Who are we looking for:
* Previous experience in social media management or a similar role.
* Proven track record of managing social media platforms and growing online
presence.
* Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
* Familiarity with SEO and content marketing principles.
* Knowledge of emerging social media trends and platforms.
