What will you work on?
* Manage end-to-end hiring across roles and functions.
* Screen and coordinate candidates through the complete recruitment process.
* Partner with Hiring Managers to drive closures within defined timelines.
* Build talent pipelines and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
* Maintain hiring trackers, reports, and recruitment updates.
* Support onboarding coordination and pre-joining processes.
* Assist with and support other HR functions and coordination activities as
needed.
Who are we looking for?
* 2 - 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
* Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
* Proactive, organized and ownership-driven mindset.
* Prior experience hiring for social media, content or business-related roles
is a plus.
