We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Developer with strong backend expertise and solid frontend skills to design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will also have team-leading experience, work closely with cross-functional teams, and ensure timely delivery of scalable, robust, and efficient applications while following best coding practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Development & Technical

• Understand and analyze new business and technical requirements

• Design, code, test, and debug high-quality software applications

• Ensure error-free, optimized, and maintainable code

• Perform unit testing and support QA during testing phases

• Coordinate with QA teams for defect resolution and validation

• Ensure quick resolution of production and application issues

• Maintain proper technical documentation

Planning & Delivery

• Participate in project planning and estimation

• Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and milestones

• Use task and project management tools effectively (JIRA, etc.)

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor junior developers

• Assign tasks, review code, and ensure coding standards are followed

• Provide technical guidance and training to the team

• Support team productivity and continuous improvement

Learning & Growth

• Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and AI-driven development practices

• Continuously improve technical and leadership skills

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java-based application development

• Prior experience in leading or mentoring a development team

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Good communication and collaboration abilities
