Key Responsibilities
What you'll be doing day-to-day.

Design and lead impactful sales meetings and executive-level presentations.

Own and exceed a revenue quota, driving MRR growth and pipeline value.

Transition clients to a consultative, value-led sales approach.

Build and manage a healthy enterprise pipeline, tracking coverage and conversion rates.

Key Requirements
What we're
looking for.
This role requires a unique blend of skills. Here's a breakdown of the core competencies.
You have 8-10+ years of experience in Enterprise sales, or EOR B2B sales.
You have a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in a competitive environment.
You have a deep understanding of sales processes and consultative selling techniques.
You possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
You have a strong knowledge of SaaS and solutions market trends in the HR/Fintech/Payroll space.
You are a client advisor who provides good customer insight and builds trusted relationships.
