If you are a Senior Process Specialist professional looking for an opportunity to grow your career, this role offers the chance to shape, optimize, and strengthen global HR processes across Emerson. You will collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence, Global Process Owners, and regional partners to document, improve, and govern end to end processes that support standardization, efficiency, and operational success worldwide.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with Global Process Owners and Local Process Leads to support alignment and process adoption.

• Maintain, optimize, and document end‑to‑end process maps in partnership with HR COEs and process owners, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and consistency.

• Ensure future‑state documentation remains current by incorporating updates, local validation, and feedback from key stakeholders.

• Apply strong documentation standards, version control, and repository compliance using approved tools.

• Provide clear and up‑to‑date process visuals and materials that support change management and training initiatives.

• Develop or validate training resources, including SOPs, system steps, workflows, and process maps.

• Identify skill gaps and training needs among HR operations teams and regional process owners.

• Support and monitor implementation of approved process changes, ensuring timely and accurate adoption.

• Conduct follow‑ups after workshops, providing needed documentation and guidance to support the implementation phase.

• Review open issues and present well‑considered recommendations or alternative solutions.

• Define global KPIs and SLAs and monitor performance across regions to identify trends, deviations, and improvement opportunities.

• Capture local requirements and constraints to inform process enhancements and standardization efforts.

• Support creation and management of ServiceNow intake forms to help process owners make informed decisions.

• Communicate process updates, enhancements, and business impacts clearly to a variety of audiences.

• Identify opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and quality improvement across processes.

• Analyze workflows to detect gaps, bottlenecks, and opportunities to standardize process steps.

• Evaluate proposed solutions and identify items that require escalation or additional follow‑up.

• Ensure global process standards are aligned with local business needs, considering risks, impacts, and trade‑offs.

• Experience documenting, optimizing, or supporting end‑to‑end processes in a complex or multi‑regional environment.

• Ability to communicate complex workflows clearly and collaborate effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders.

• Strong attention to detail, including document accuracy, version control, and adherence to standards.

• Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple deliverables.

• Strong organizational skills and a commitment to timely follow‑through.

• Ability to analyze processes, identify improvement opportunities, and make well‑reasoned recommendations.

• Comfort working in dynamic environments that require resilience, adaptability, and continuous learning.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

• Academic background in engineering, business, process management, or a related field.

• Experience in HR process design or HR operations (helpful but not required).

• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma, or Business Process Management.

• Familiarity with process documentation tools such as Visio or Lucidchart.

• Experience working with ServiceNow or similar workflow tools.
