Finanta provides next-generation digital onboarding, open banking compliance, and plug-and-play integrations with best-in-class services for alternate underwriting, data aggregation, and beyond-banking functions. We are now looking to expand our offering to newer platforms including AI-driven integrations and quality engineering.
Role Description This is a remote contract role for a Senior Product Marketing Manager. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will lead positioning, messaging, and go-to-market planning for our new products ensuring clear market differentiation and alignment with target customer needs. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting customer and competitive research, defining value propositions, and creating enablement materials such as pitch decks, product briefs, and case studies for sales and partner teams. The role will collaborate closely with product management to influence roadmap decisions, translate technical capabilities into business outcomes, and support product launches and feature releases. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will also partner with revenue teams to optimize funnel conversion, contribute to campaign strategy, refine pricing and packaging narratives, and track performance using market and product metrics.
Qualifications
• Strong Product Marketing skills, including defining positioning, messaging, and value propositions for B2B SaaS or fintech products.
• Experience with Market Research, including customer discovery, competitive analysis, and market sizing to inform product and go-to-market decisions.
• Hands-on Go-to-Market Strategy experience, including launch planning, cross-functional coordination, and creating GTM playbooks for new products or features.
• Background in Product Management or close collaboration with product teams to translate customer needs into roadmap priorities and feature narratives.
• Experience partnering with Sales teams, creating enablement materials, and supporting revenue generation across the sales cycle.
• Proven experience in B2B fintech, banking, lending, or financial services technology is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and drive outcomes with minimal supervision.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
