This role offers the opportunity to lead complex, high-impact initiatives within a global Go-to-Market organization. You will manage cross-functional programs that span multiple teams, driving operational efficiency and strategic execution across sales and revenue systems. This position combines technical acumen with program leadership, ensuring tools, processes, and systems deliver measurable business impact. You will partner with leadership to evaluate priorities, risks, and trade-offs while mentoring teams, improving workflows, and standardizing scalable solutions. Accountabilities:
• Lead end-to-end technical programs that impact global sales and revenue operations, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, automate workflows, and enhance user experiences, proactively driving operational efficiency.
• Develop and execute program roadmaps, managing priorities, timelines, and resources to deliver measurable business impact.
• Mentor and guide teams, setting standards for execution and repeatable processes to reduce inefficiencies and scale operations.
• Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders, providing insights, risk assessments, and technical guidance to support strategic decision-making.
• Establish organizational order in complex initiatives, ensuring programs continue to succeed even beyond direct involvement.
Requirements:
• 8+ years of experience in technical program management, with at least 4 years supporting sales or revenue-focused organizations.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in large-scale systems.
• Hands-on experience with sales tools ecosystems, including CRM, marketing automation, CPQ, or related platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Proactive, curious, and pragmatic, with a mindset for iterative process improvements and scalable solutions.
• Experience in digital advertising or ads monetization is a plus.
