Job Description


ABOUT YOUR ROLE (Mô tả chung về công việc):The QC Team Leader is responsible for leading the daily operations of the QC, IQC, and Lab teams to ensure all products meet strict quality standards. This role focuses on optimizing workforce efficiency, enforcing shopfloor compliance (5S/Safety), driving continuous improvement to reduce defects (NCR/CCR), and swiftly resolving customer complaints. Additionally, the QC Team Leader plays a key role in maintaining readiness for both internal and external compliance audits.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE (Các trách nhiệm đảm đương):

1. Team Leadership & Shopfloor Management

- Workforce Optimization: Manage, schedule, and optimize staffing within the QC team to ensure maximum operational efficiency and achievement of quality targets.

- Supervision & Coaching: Guide, train, and mentor QC staff to ensure strict compliance with manufacturing processes and good practices.

- Safety & 5S Enforcement: Conduct hourly floor walks to monitor, check, and ensure workers strictly adhere to safety regulations and 5S (sanitation) standards.

- On-the-Floor Quality Control: Proactively recognize, control, and resolve real-time quality issues alongside operators on the production line.

2. Defect Reduction & Cross-Functional Coordination

- NCR/CCR Mitigation: Control and minimize Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and Customer Complaint Reports (CCR) for each machine group by collaborating with relevant stakeholders.

- Incident Management: Assign tasks and deploy support teams to rapidly contain, troubleshoot, and resolve sudden quality deviations.

- Continuous Improvement: Coordinate with Production Supervisors and related departments to handle operational incidents and develop long-term improvement plans.

3. Customer Complaint Handling

- Troubleshooting & CAPA: Investigate root causes and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to resolve customer complaints effectively.

- Rework & Delivery Management: Oversee the replacement or reprinting process for defective items, ensuring 100% on-time delivery to customers.

- Special Request Monitoring: Review, monitor, and guarantee the strict application of customized or special requests from clients.

4. IQC, Laboratory, & Performance Reporting

- Material & Shipment Assurance: Oversee Incoming Quality Control (IQC) for raw materials and manage Lab operations to validate product quality before Finished Goods (FG) shipment.

- Real-time & Periodic Reporting: Provide hourly status updates to the Supervisor regarding production activities, and compile weekly quality metric reports including KPI gap analysis and action plans.

5. Audit Readiness & Compliance

- Internal Process Audits: Conduct internal process audits aligned with corporate standards and special brand requirements (e.g., AD Standard, UQ, Metal-free).

- External Audit Coordination: Partner with the Production department to ensure operations fully comply with international certification audits (e.g., GRS, SLCP, TQP).

Qualifications


- Bachelor degree related to Technical

- 3+ years directly related experience with quality lead, quality engineer

- Strong at Quality Control and Process Innovation

- Strong ability to lead, train and coach a diverse team of individuals performing a variety of tasks.

- Strong customer focus necessary.

- Familiarity with ELS Operating Principles.

- Ability to think ahead, anticipate problems, make decisions and take appropriate action.

- Good, coordination, planning, written and verbal communication skills.
