Role Responsibilities:
• Expertly manage and facilitate all phases of a market research study.
• Engage with clients from initial meetings to understand their needs up to presenting research findings and recommendations, ensuring alignment and satisfaction
• Develop a deep understanding of what drives consumer behavior, gathering opinions,
• usage, and interests through survey research to support our clients' decision making.
• Design surveys that address the client’s business questions, and manage project timelines, ensuring that all milestones are met.
• Work closely with colleagues to oversee all operational components of projects.
• Perform quality checks at various stages of the research to ensure accuracy.
• Analyze and interpret survey results, supporting the preparation of reports and presentations.
Requirements:
• Background and familiarity with quantitative research methodologies.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Being a team player and enjoying working in a collaborative environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, or related).
• Fluency in English – both written and spoken.
• Strong client focus, driven, and highly motivated.
• Exceptionally responsible and productive, comfortable stepping out of comfort zone.
