Responsibilities:
• Lead research studies and provide strong client servicing under supervision.
• Ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards
• Apply solid research knowledge in study design and project execution
• Check, analyze, and interpret complex data, delivering clear and actionable recommendations.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to key stakeholders
• Supporting in identifying potential business opportunities and collaborating with senior team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights into broader business strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Statistic or a related field
• Minimum 4-6 years of quantitative Market Research Experience.
• Have exposure in product testing, concept testing, or quantitative research.
• Excellent knowledge about research design, research project management, and creating questionnaires.
• Excellent project management and client servicing skills.
• Strong communication skills in both English and Indonesian are required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented and able to follow guidance in structuring proposal outlines.
• Able to work independently, proactively, and collaboratively.
• Familiar with AI tools to improve overall research efficiency.
• Highly motivated and curious about global and local market and trends
