Senior SAP Engineer

Ciklum is looking for a Senior SAP Engineer to join our team full-time in Slovakia.

About the role:

As a Senior SAP Engineer, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. Together, we will work on the project for Danish client.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and ensure the stability of an existing solution, which is a custom build and also includes SAP standard elements

• Engineer products to the highest standards of security and data privacy by implementing and following client's security and data privacy principles

• Engineer products that implement business logic, modern design patterns, and architectural principles

• Engineer products that follow the highest coding standards, e.g., documentation and efficiency

• Ensure product robustness and reliability by writing and executing unit and integration tests

• Improve operational efficiency by developing automation tools for daily tasks

• Build efficient and optimal solutions by challenging ideas/opinions

Requirements:

• Skilled SAP engineer who is change-ready and open to assist on a wide variety of tasks depending on team priorities. This also involves working with non-SAP technologies

• Several years’ experience with modern SAP Steampunk (SAP RAP, ABAP Cloud, Fiori, SAPUI5)

• Several years’ experience with Fiori, both standard and custom applications

• Experience with GitHub CI/CD

• API development and management

• A curious team player that continuously learn, naturally shares knowledge and challenges status quo

• Good communication and people skills

• Enjoy delivering sustainable solutions with quality over quantity always considering performance and security

• Playful and self-driven

• Experience working in an agile development team with Kanban

• Experience working with solutions that support business processes

• Able to teach others

The salary starts from 2900 Euro gross. The final salary depends on the previous experience and professional knowledge of the candidate.
