Dataflow is looking for a seasoned Full Stack Senior Technical person with 4 + years of experience to take on a leadership role within our dynamic team. If you have a deep understanding of full-stack development, cloud architecture, and scalable solutions, and excel in Node.js, Python, React, and AWS Services, this is an opportunity to drive innovation and lead impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities:
● Architect/Design and develop scalable web applications using React.js for frontend and Node.js/Python for backend.
● Lead technical design decisions, ensuring optimized performance, maintainability, and security.
● Manage and scale AWS infrastructure, leveraging services such as Lambda, ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, API Gateway, and more.
● Oversee end-to-end development cycles, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions in an agile environment.
● Define and enforce coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices across the engineering team.
● Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and collaboration.
● Develop and optimize CI/CD pipelines, enabling smooth deployment processes and automation workflows.
● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align business needs with technical execution.
● Troubleshoot complex system issues, ensuring reliability and stability in production environments.
● Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously refining architectures and exploring emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● BE/BTech/BCA/MTech/MS/MCA from top tier institutes.
● 4+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
● Expertise in Node.js and Python for backend development.
● Extensive hands-on experience with React.js, ensuring high-quality UI/UX.
● Advanced knowledge of AWS cloud architecture, including serverless solutions, microservices, and containerization.
● Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, database optimization (SQL/NoSQL), and scalable application design.
● Experience in Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD automation, and DevOps best practices.
● Proven track record of leading engineering teams, defining best practices, and driving technical excellence.
● Ability to strategically solve complex technical challenges while maintaining efficiency and innovation.
● Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
● Exposure to AI/ML pipelines, data processing, or analytics-driven applications.
● Background in performance optimization, security strategies, and high-availability systems.
