InDrive is looking for a System Analyst to optimize support processes and automation. You will gather requirements, design workflows and SLAs, collaborate with engineers and product teams, and ensure measurable impact through data-driven improvements
Key Responsibilities
• Analyse and improve support processes (driver verification, 1st line, incident management)
• Collect and document requirements, translate them into system specs and user stories
• Design and optimize automation flows, SLAs, and escalation rules
• Work with engineers, product managers, and support teams to deliver effective solutions
• Track KPIs and ensure automation delivers measurable impact
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
• 3 years as Business/System Analyst or similar
• Experience with support or incident management systems
• Strong process mapping, requirement analysis, and documentation skills
• Good technical understanding of integrations (APIs, workflows)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management
