About the Role

This role will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process for internal and external roles across Novotech.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Line Managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.

• Day to day drive the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.

• Stay active with current job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release announcements. Grow and foster relationships with active and passive talent.

• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.

• Attend meetings with hiring managers and provide updates on recruitment progress.

• Assist in the negotiating of offers with successful candidates. Ensure completion of all documentation as per the recruitment standards and processes.

• Mentor junior members of Talent Acquisition Team.

• Manage the on-boarding process partnering with line managers.

Experience and Qualifications

• Applicants will ideally be educated to degree level.

• 5+ years’ experience in-house and/or agency recruitment in a corporate environment.

• High degree of familiarity and competence with LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Strong knowledge of server-based applicant tracking systems. Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Personal integrity and respect for confidential information.

• An excellent relationship builder with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders. Strong Communication Skills – both written and verbal.

• Self-organized and methodical with a sense of urgency. High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
