Senior Technical Lead – Data & Analytics

Job Description:

• Lead the end-to-end MDM architecture design for all domains: Customer/Party, Agent/Producer, Product Master, Location/Geography, and Reference Data (Actuarial model mappings)

• Design entity models, attribute hierarchies, and relationship structures in Profisee for each domain — customized for life insurance and annuities data characteristics

• Define the domain expansion roadmap: identify candidate domains beyond the initial 5, assess complexity, and sequence implementation across waves

• Architect the MDM integration patterns within the medallion architecture: raw domain data from Snowflake Bronze/Silver → Profisee matching/merging → golden records published back to Snowflake Silver via Profisee Connect.

• 8+ years in master data management and data platform engineering — with at least 3 years leading MDM design on enterprise programs

• Profisee MDM (Profisee Connect, Aisey, REST APIs, Webhooks), Snowflake, dbt, Matillion, Collibra, Python, SQL, Azure Service Bus / Kafka (event-driven patterns), REST API design, Git

• Deep, hands-on Profisee expertise — entity modeling, match/merge rule design, survivorship configuration, workflow automation, and Snowflake integration via Profisee Connect

• Strong Snowflake SQL skills — ability to design integration schemas, validate golden record output, and troubleshoot data flow issues at scale

• Proven experience designing insurance or financial services MDM domains — customer/party, agent/producer, or product master in a regulated environment

• Track record of leading technical MDM teams — mentoring practitioners, conducting design reviews, and owning architectural decisions end-to-end

• API and event-driven integration experience — REST APIs, webhooks, and near-real-time MDM synchronization patterns
