The Service Delivery Associate manages projects from initiation to completion, coordinating internal teams and external vendors to meet client expectations and company standards. Acting as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, the role fosters strong relationships, provides consultative support, and ensures timely execution of deliverables. With a focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency, this position contributes directly to client satisfaction and operational excellence. Accountabilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on assigned accounts, building strong, consultative relationships.
• Oversee and coordinate projects across all stages of service delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, company standards, and contractual obligations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to plan, execute, and monitor client deliverables, including electronic filings, document production, and reporting.
• Provide timely updates and communication to clients regarding project progress, timelines, and issue resolution.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements to enhance workflow, scalability, and service quality.
• Support sales initiatives and client presentations by providing operational insights and assisting with project planning.
• Participate in training and professional development to stay current on emerging platforms, tools, and industry best practices.
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in client services, post-sales support, professional services, consulting, project management, or account management.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory filings, document production, and transactional workflows, with experience in SaaS platforms or financial services tools preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including client-facing presentations and reporting.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with the ability to drive solutions and maintain high-quality outcomes.
• Highly adaptable, independent, and collaborative, with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI), Salesforce, and other proprietary software platforms.
