Quality Trusted Commercial is seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Service Manager to lead and grow our service operations. This role is ideal for a results-driven leader who excels at building teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and running a disciplined, profitable service department.

You will oversee daily service operations, manage crews and foremen, drive safety and quality standards, and ensure service revenue and margin goals are consistently achieved.

Your Role

• Lead all aspects of the commercial roofing service department

• Manage scheduling and dispatching of service crews to maximize productivity

• Oversee service revenue performance and ensure department meets or exceeds budget

• Drive gross margin performance through disciplined labor, material, and subcontractor management

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships with a customer-first mindset

• Recruit, train, develop, and mentor service formen and technicians

• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA compliance across all service operations

• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality workmanship and proper job execution

• Implement and maintain service processes, reporting, and performance metrics

• Coordinate closely with project management, estimating, and leadership teams

• Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally

• Ensure accurate documentation, job costing, and service reporting

• Develop high-potential team members and create bench strength within the department

What You Bring

• Strong commercial roofing knowledge, including Single-Ply & Built-up systems

• Minimum of 2+ years of leadership experience in commercial roofing operations or service management

• Proven ability to manage multiple crews and service projects simultaneously

• Track record of driving strong profitability and gross margins

• Demonstrated success building, developing, and leading field teams

• Strong commitment to safety with experience enforcing OSHA and company safety standards

• Solid understanding of commercial roofing systems and best practices

• Customer-focused mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience using service management or field tracking systems

• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites

Final compensation will be based on experience, skills, and location.

US Pay Range

$90,000—$120,000 USD
