• Quen thuộc với các công đoạn dây chuyền lắp ráp.

• Khả năng hướng dẫn và truyền đạt được cho mọi người

Skills

• Có khả năng hiểu và tiếp thu nhanh các qui trình mới.

• Có khả năng hướng dẫn, truyền đạt kiến thức chuyên môn cho người mới.

• Có khả năng làm báo cáo theo sự hướng dẫn của cấp trên.

• Có tinh thần trách nhiệm cao, chủ động trong công việc và nhạy bén, linh hoạt trong việc xử lý các tình huống phát sinh trong phạm vi công việc.
