Talent Fit Module Temporarily Disabled
Update - Work continues on the Talent Fit module, and our engineering teams have made significant progress validating fixes and reviewing the impact of proposed changes. With this work now nearing completion, we are moving through final validation and restoration activities. The module will remain temporarily disabled during this final phase.
We expect customer access to the Talent Fit module to be restored on Monday, May 4, 2026. Once re-enabled, Talent Fit will be active for all newly created jobs. Results for previously opened jobs may not be immediately available, as historical data will continue to be reprocessed following restoration.
We will provide our next status update no later than 3:00 pm Pacific on Monday, May 4, and expect to share additional details at that time regarding the completion timeline for historical processing. We appreciate your continued patience and cooperation as we complete this work and fully restore service.

Update - Work continues on the Talent Fit module as our engineering teams make ongoing progress validating potential fixes and reviewing the impact of proposed changes. This work is taking longer than initially anticipated, and to ensure a thorough and stable resolution, the module will remain temporarily disabled while these efforts continue.
We will provide a further status update no later than 5:00 pm Pacific on Tuesday, April 28. At that time, we may also be able to share a more specific ETA for restoration, or sooner if more information becomes available. We appreciate your continued patience and understanding as we work to fully resolve this issue.
