In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

• Support Wealth Management Tax and front‑office team members with tax-related inquiries and day‑to‑day tax processing needs

• Process tax payments and refund checks, and submit payments to various taxing authorities in a timely and controlled manner

• Accurately sort, distribute, and prepare incoming and outgoing income mail, ensuring proper handling, packaging, and addressing

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain alignment and accuracy across tax-related processes

• Manage risk by ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies

• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within tax reporting and operations

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience required; Bachelor’s degree in a business discipline preferred.

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in tax reporting or compliance.

• Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis.
