Job Title: Technical Lead – Dynamics CRM & Power Apps
Location: Bangalore, Mumbai, Pune
Experience Required: 6+ years
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with over 6 years of hands-on expertise in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). The ideal candidate will lead a team of developers and architects to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions across various client engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Technical Leadership
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team delivering Dynamics CRM and Power Platform solutions (Good to have).
• Review code, enforce best practices, and offer guidance to ensure high-quality deliverables (Must to have).
2. Solution Design and Architecture
• Design scalable and robust Dynamics CRM/365 solutions including entity customizations, plugins, workflows, and integrations (Must to have).
• Develop solution architecture using Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Power BI (Must to have).
• Create integration strategies leveraging APIs, Azure services, and third-party tools (Must to have).
3. Development and Implementation
• Perform hands-on development using ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for customizations (Must to have).
• Build custom plugins, workflows, and web resources for Dynamics CRM (Must to have).
• Configure and deploy Power Platform applications and flows based on business needs (Must to have).
• Conduct data migrations using tools like KingswaySoft, SSIS, or native Dynamics tools (Good to have).
4. Deployment and Administration
• Manage Dynamics CRM deployment, installation, and configuration across environments (Must to have).
• Oversee Power Platform governance, including environments and security configurations (Must to have).
5. Reporting and Analytics
• Develop and maintain reports using SSRS and dashboards in Power BI (Good to have).
• Utilize Dataverse to support advanced data analytics (Good to have).
6. Collaboration and Communication
• Engage with business analysts, stakeholders, and end-users to translate business needs into effective technical solutions (Good to have).
• Present technical strategies and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders (Must to have).
7. Troubleshooting and Support
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Dynamics CRM and Power Platform applications (Must to have).
• Ensure system reliability through monitoring and maintenance practices (Good to have).
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven expertise in Dynamics CRM 2016/365 and Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate (Must to have).
• Proficiency in ASP.NET, C#, JavaScript, and related technologies (Must to have).
• Experience working with REST APIs, web services, and OData (Must to have).
• Familiarity with Dataverse, CDS, and Azure integration services (Good to have).
• Experience with SSRS, Power BI, and report customization (Good to have).
• Team leadership and familiarity with task management tools like Azure DevOps or Jira (Good to have).
• Understanding of ALM processes and CI/CD pipelines within Power Platform and Dynamics CRM (Must to have).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (Must to have).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
• Experience working with SharePoint, Power Virtual Agents, and AI Builder (Good to have).
• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as MB-200, PL-600 (Good to have).
• Exposure to Dynamics modules like Field Service or Project Operations (Good to have).
• Hands-on experience with Dynamics CRM on-premise to cloud migration (Good to have).
Suggestions for Enhancement (Preferred):
• Preference for candidates holding certifications in Dynamics CRM and Power Platform (Good to have).
• Experience with tools like KingswaySoft, Azure Logic Apps, and DevOps practices (Good to have).
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and interpersonal communication abilities (Good to have).
• Exposure to future-focused technologies such as AI, machine learning, and RPA within Power Platform (Good to have).
