The Sr Director, Digital Experience & Site Merchandising will lead and scale the end-to-end digital storefront, driving revenue growth, conversion, and customer engagement across global markets. This role oversees site merchandising, product discovery, campaign and drop strategy, category management, and catalog/content operations through a team of functional leaders.

This leader operates at the intersection of commercial strategy, customer experience, and operational execution, translating business priorities into high-performing onsite experiences while ensuring the digital experience reflects and elevates the brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the digital storefront strategy and performance, including revenue, conversion, and customer engagement

• Balance brand storytelling with commercial performance to deliver elevated customer experience

• Lead and develop a team of leaders across site merchandising, product discovery, category management, and catalog & content management

• Define and execute global campaign, launch, and drop strategies, ensuring compelling, brand-right onsite experiences

• Oversee product discovery across navigation, search, and merchandising to optimize the customer journey

• Drive category performance through strong trading, assortment presentation, and data-driven decision-making

• Ensure scalable, high-quality catalog and content operations, including product data, imagery, and site readiness

• Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Management, Merchandising, Planning, and Supply Chain to align demand, experience, and inventory

• Establish global frameworks while enabling effective regional localization and execution

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 8-10 years in ecommerce, digital merchandising, or online trading, with experience in a ~$1B+ business

• Proven track record of driving revenue growth, conversion, and digital performance at scale

• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams and leaders

• Deep expertise in site merchandising, product discovery, and ecommerce operations

• Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with ability to manage complex tradeoffs

• Experience operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
