You will lead problem-solving efforts, drive innovation with predictive and generative AI, and influence strategic technology decisions. Accountabilities:
• Architect, design, and implement end-to-end software solutions across fullstack environments, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
• Apply Predictive and Generative AI to enhance product functionality and business outcomes.
• Lead coding efforts, perform quality reviews, and maintain high standards for software development.
• Collaborate with multiple vendors to define project estimates, delivery plans, and technical approaches.
• Provide tactical guidance and mentorship to less experienced team members.
• Influence enterprise architecture decisions in partnership with solution architects and technology leaders.
• Establish best practices, reusable components, and technical guidelines to optimize software usage.
• Lead incident response, troubleshoot critical production issues, and conduct root cause analysis.
• Drive special projects and initiatives with organization-wide impact.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 12–15 years of software engineering experience, including 3–5 years in a senior or principal engineering role.
• Extensive experience with .NET Unified Platform V8, .NET Framework 4.8, and fullstack development.
• Proficiency in AI applications, including Agentic AI solutions, Kafka, Camunda, and cloud AI services (especially Microsoft Azure).
• Strong coding and architectural skills in Python, React, or similar technologies.
• Experience in Agile development environments and working with vendor-partner models.
• Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of healthcare or PBM industry a plus.
