• Contribute to statutory workstreams for finance system projects, such as ERP tax bundle and localization module implementations

• Implement statutory compliance workflows, following standardized reporting practices to maintain audit readiness and mitigate risk

• Coordinate with external auditors and tax authorities, providing necessary documentation and initial responses to technical inquiries

• Collaborate with internal teams (GL, Tax, Legal) and external providers to ensure correct accounting classifications and data integrity

• Monitor changes in European accounting standards and VAT regulations to ensure continued compliance with local legislative requirements

Requirements

• 4+ years of combined audit and financial reporting experience in a fast-paced multi-national environment handling end-to-end statutory reporting cycle for multiple EU entities, ensuring seamless reconciliation between US GAAP and Local GAAP

• Proven ability to work independently and manage a high volume of tasks to meet strict statutory filing deadlines

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical accounting entries and documentation to auditors

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, utilizing expert-level Excel skills for precise data reconciliation and GAAP-to-Stat bridge preparation
