Position Summary

We are seeking a Strategic Sourcing Specialist with strong healthcare procurement and contract negotiation experience to support enterprise sourcing initiatives for a leading healthcare organization.

This role is ideal for someone who has led RFx (RFP, RFQ, etc.) events, negotiated supplier contracts, managed stakeholder relationships, and driven cost savings initiatives across multiple spend categories.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives and RFx events

• Analyze spend data to identify cost savings and sourcing opportunities

• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with operational and financial goals

• Negotiate supplier contracts, pricing, and terms & conditions

• Partner with internal stakeholders across departments to support procurement needs

• Evaluate supplier capabilities, performance, and market positioning

• Conduct market research and supplier analysis to support sourcing decisions

• Manage supplier relationships and sourcing project timelines

Required Qualifications

• 4–7 years of strategic sourcing/procurement experience

• Strong contract negotiation experience

• Experience leading sourcing projects and RFx events

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Experience with spend analytics and supplier management

• Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred Qualifications

• Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred

• Experience supporting hospital, healthcare system, or clinical procurement

• Background in supply chain or procurement operations
