As a Customer Experience Intern, the thing I admire about the organization is being able to work in a global organization and the pioneering change culture we have where everyone is receptive of new ideas and not limiting any distinction of age, function or seniority.

During my internship, I had the opportunity to participate in a global automation program. This experience gave me the opportunity to not only enhance my professional skills but also improved my ability to communicate efficiently within a diverse global team, benefiting me immensely in my ongoing growth.

I joined as a student assistant 2 years ago in Contract Logistics. Working here, the learning curve has been steep, but each challenge has expanded my skill set. I’ve never felt like ‘just’ a student. I get to work independently on my own projects, and my leader doesn’t just tell me what to do – they encourage me to think critically, explore, and take ownership. And yes, the canteen is amazing!

Being a summer intern, I gained invaluable experience in the dynamic global trade industry, particularly during the supply chain disruptions. Working in the Automotive vertical provided me the experience which enhanced my understanding of ever-evolving automotive supply chain and the global trade dynamics.
