Summer Practice - Cloud AI RAN Containerized Network Function

You will be part of a team working with the Nokia’s CNF (Containerized Network Function) architecture, the core deployment model behind Cloud RAN solutions. This architecture enables the flexibility, scalability, and performance required for 5G, AI-driven applications, and next-generation networks.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with cloud-based infrastructure, working with Linux environments, networking concepts, and system administration tasks. You will support the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of containerized network functions, while collaborating with technical teams to ensure system performance and reliability.

Period: July- August

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment and configuration of CNF-based (Containerized Network Function) solutions

• Work with Linux systems to manage and maintain environments

• Assist in networking setup, troubleshooting, and performance monitoring

• Perform basic system administration tasks to ensure system stability

• Collaborate with technical teams to support Cloud RAN infrastructure

• Help identify and resolve issues related to system performance and connectivity

• Gain hands-on experience with cloud-native and containerized environments

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor program

• Applicants may apply to a maximum of 2 projects

• Knowledge of Linux

• Knowledge o Networking, IT Administration

• Good IT technical skills
