Type: Contract for 6 Months + Extendable
Location – Noida/ Bangalore
Night shift – rotational
Reporting Relationship: Project Manager
Role Summary: We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer who has L2 level experience n troubleshooting hardware and network devices.
Job Responsibilities:
• Knowledge of Service Now.
• Familiar with running SSH commands on network devices.
• Experience using Citrix Desktops.
• Experience using Remote Desktop to configure hardware and software on Windows computers.
• Knowledge of DHCP and DNS.
• Experience working on incidents passed to them from lower-tier support groups.
• Experience in troubleshooting complex hardware and software components.
• Knowledge of configuring network-based printers
Bonus Points:
• Knowledge of Point-of-Sale peripherals.
• Experience working in the retail domain.
• Experience writing knowledge base articles.
Minimum requirements:
• L2 level of troubleshooting
• Qualification: – BCA/MCA/B Tech/BE or equivalent
• Provide case status updates to Customer and Retail Solutions personnel.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by advising customers on preventative measures, appropriate solutions and configurations which may impact product performance. Minimum 3 years’ experience
