NAV obtains independent access to your counterparties for the current accounting data. You can share large data files for historical periods in any format securely through our interactive Fund Onboarding Portal.
2 Parallel Accounting and Reconciliation
Our experienced team runs data parallel in our system, independently calculates the fund’s net asset values, generates our accounting reports, replicates your current custom reports, and reconciles them with your official records. This process enables NAV to support current year audit and tax reporting, eliminating any dependency once you transition to NAV.
3 Smooth Transition from Your Current Fund Administrator
Transitions typically take as little as 2-4 weeks. NAV fees will only be charged after the first live reporting once you have fully transitioned.
