Job Summary

He/she will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help identify, communicate, and resolve issues in order to maximize the benefit of IT systems investments.

Job Responsibilities

- Analyzing user requirements.

- Research, design and write the new software programs as per the requirement time to time.

- Testing new programs and fault finding.

- Develop existing programs by analyzing and identifying areas for modification.

- Integrate existing software products and getting incompatible platforms to work together.

- Create technical specifications, User Manuals and Test plans.

- Maintaining systems by monitoring and correcting software defects.

- Data analysis and reporting.

- System errors debugging and troubleshooting.

- ERP system maintenance.

- Managing Engineering Department Software licenses.

Candidate Requirements

Technical

o VB.Net/ASP.net (MCSD certified)

o Oracle/SQL Database development.

o Crystal Report Design.

o ERP Knowledge (Preferred SAP but not essential).

o Excellent debugging and troubleshooting abilities.

o Data Reporting and analysis.

o AutoCAD VBA Knowledge.

o Object-oriented programming skills.

o very good knowledge about Application Development life-cycle

Functional

o Buildings construction background.

o Excellent understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

o Proven analytical and creative problem-solving abilities

Behavioural

o Self-Initiation & Willingness to learn.

o Good Team player.

o Candidate should be hardworking, dedicated, soft spoken and smart enough to understand the organizational requirements.

o Candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

QUALIFICATION: B.Tech (Computers)/MCA

EXPERIENCE & INDUSTRY: 5-7 Years of Experience in Systems Development Engineering from the reputed IT or Manufacturing industry.
